The Shoda Shoyu Co., Ltd. was founded in 1873 by Bun-Emon III, who developed a reliable Soy Sauce brewing process based on traditional methods and skills.
Having developed the original technology, Shoda have continued to introduce new methods to respond to the needs of its customers for the past 132 years.
Successful management has made the company into a world leader in terms of quality products and modern technology. Today, the present company which has been in the sachet industry for over 30 years, produces in excess of 6 million sachets per day together with its ranges of high quality Soy Sauce products, seasonings and marinades for the bulk and ingredients markets throughout the world.
